Certain products and website services may be subject to additional restrictions and requirements stated in the Company's other policies, labeling, and verified product documentation. These Terms do not authorize conduct prohibited by law.

Ascendra Aminos' website and purchasing services are intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

By using age-restricted features or submitting an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old. Purchasers must also satisfy any additional legal, professional, institutional, or product-specific eligibility requirements.

The Company may seek reasonable verification of identity, age, qualifications, or purchasing authority when appropriate or legally required. An age checkbox, research-use acknowledgment, or purchaser statement does not independently verify professional qualifications or establish that a particular transaction is lawful. Orders may be declined or restricted when eligibility is not established, subject to law.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Provide materially false or misleading information or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, purchasing authority, or intended use.
• Access another person's account without authorization or attempt to circumvent website security.
• Introduce malware or interfere with website operation, availability, or security.
• Abuse automated access, copy protected material without authorization, or use the website to facilitate unlawful activities.

The Company may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action consistent with applicable law.

If account registration is offered, customers must provide accurate information, safeguard account credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict or suspend accounts associated with fraud, security concerns, unauthorized activity, or material violations, subject to applicable law. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Products designated and lawfully supplied for research are FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, consistent with verified product documentation. NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE OR CONSUMPTION. No other use is offered, authorized, or supported by Ascendra Aminos.

Ascendra Aminos provides no instructions, protocols, or usage guidance.

By submitting an order, the Buyer represents, to the extent applicable to the requested items, that the Buyer is at least 21, provides accurate information, is authorized to transact, meets applicable purchasing qualifications, intends only lawful activities, and will comply with laws relevant to the Buyer's possession, storage, handling, transportation, use, and disposal.

The Company may verify relevant qualifications before acceptance.

Buyers must follow applicable laws and verified safety requirements when lawfully handling, storing, transporting, or disposing of materials.

Buyers acknowledge risks inherent to research-material handling. Buyer agrees to indemnify Ascendra Aminos against third-party claims and reasonable expenses arising directly from the Buyer’s unlawful conduct, intentional misuse, or material violation of these Terms.

Ascendra Aminos accepts orders for in-stock products only. Preorders and backorders are not offered.

Out-of-stock products are unavailable for purchase until inventory is replenished and all applicable requirements have been met. Availability may change, and a catalog listing alone does not guarantee acceptance. We will not substitute a materially different compound, strength, quantity, or product without appropriate customer authorization.

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and additional transaction fees will be disclosed before the Buyer confirms an order. Actual available payment methods will be shown at checkout. Transactions may be subject to authorization, fraud screening, verification, and payment-provider requirements.

The Company will not knowingly process prohibited transactions and may correct verified errors, providing appropriate notices and remedies where required.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase selected items; an automated acknowledgment does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Orders may be reviewed for inventory, accuracy, payment, eligibility, shipping constraints, product restrictions, fraud concerns, and legal requirements. Ascendra Aminos may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons such as inventory discrepancies, payment failures, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions. Collected funds for rejected or unfulfillable orders will be handled under applicable law.

Ascendra Aminos identifies the USA as its intended domestic shipping market and does not currently offer international shipping. The Company’s listed carriers are UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for eligible shipments, subject to actual carrier acceptance and the requirements governing each product and destination.

Accepted, in-stock orders are ordinarily processed within 1–2 business days, following payment verification, final order acceptance, and any required compliance review. Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays; carrier transit is additional.

Shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout. Tracking will be provided where available. Delivery issues, delays, lost shipments, and damaged packages are addressed in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Required delay notices, cancellation options, and refunds will be provided under applicable law.

Ascendra Aminos ordinarily does not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges after shipment. Customers are encouraged to report damaged, defective, incorrect, or visibly compromised products within 7 calendar days after delivery. This is a preferred timeframe and does not waive legally protected rights.

Qualifying damaged or incorrect orders, fulfillment problems, undelivered shipments, or legally required circumstances may result in refunds, replacements, or another appropriate remedy. Laboratory materials must not be returned without prior authorization and suitable shipping instructions. Cancellations follow the published Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

The Ascendra Aminos name, brand assets, logos, written materials, images, and original website content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may access content for lawful personal or professional informational purposes. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, misrepresentation, or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where lawfully permitted or authorized.

The website may link to or integrate independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control independent third-party content and are not liable for it except where applicable law imposes responsibility.

The Company seeks to provide accurate, functional, and secure services, but maintenance, interruptions, and technical errors may occur. We may correct errors or restrict services for genuine security, operational, and compliance needs, consistent with applicable law.

Website content is supplied for its stated informational and research-documentation purposes. To the extent permitted by law, uninterrupted access or freedom from every technical error is not guaranteed. No product statement guarantees a particular research outcome or authorizes any use outside designated lawful research. Express warranties and protections that cannot legally be disclaimed remain effective.

To the extent permitted by law, Ascendra Aminos is not responsible for losses arising solely from a Buyer's unlawful actions, unauthorized website use, or matters outside the Company's reasonable control. No limitation operates to exclude liability where unlawful, including fraud, intentional misconduct, or nonwaivable customer and legal protections.

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Necessary account, support, order, and shipping messages may be sent for relevant transactions. Optional promotional email and SMS programs, where offered, require applicable consent and honor unsubscribe and opt-out choices. An order does not automatically constitute marketing consent.

These Terms may be updated as business practices, services, or legal requirements change. A revised effective date will be displayed, with additional notice or consent where legally required.

To the extent legally permitted, the laws of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law govern these Terms. Mandatory customer protections and other nonwaivable rights are preserved.
